Being creative is linked to better health, increased mental abilities, and a more positive outlook on life. So here are a few tips to get you started:
1st- Redefine your sense of creativity. Creativity can be more than art and dance. Creativity is about trying new and interesting things and constantly reinventing yourself. Realize the endless possibilities afforded you and go after the things you’re passionate about.
2nd- Do what you love. When you get creative and participate in activities that you love, you’re more likely to experience real, yet simple, satisfaction. Think about and practice hobbies that you enjoy. Having a lifestyle that allows your creativity to flow will keep you energized and motivated.
3rd- Look in Your Own Backyard. When you’re seeking opportunities to learn and try new things, start in your own community. You may be surprised to find that there are plenty of others who share your interests. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, start your own class and invite a few friends. At the very least you’ll be able to share a few laughs and add to the memory books.
4th- Be a trailblazer. Stop worrying about what others think. You have the ability to inspire others and change the world. Create new goals and seek to achieve them no matter who is watching. Dreams don’t have deadlines so what are you waiting for?
