Chai Frappe

Combine 16 oz hot water and four chai tea bags in a bowl. (Regular or decaf.) Let steep for five minutes. Pour tea into ice tray and chill 4 hours.


In a blender combine:
1 banana
½ cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
6 chai tea ice cubes

Blend.
Add 1 tbs. honey and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon and enjoy!
